When we go into attics, it is common for us to find a lot of the insulation covered with rodent droppings and urine. We also find the heating and air conditioning ducts have been taken over with rodents that have nested there. Wonderful Father/son team. Very knowledgeable, quick respoce (next day). Had the pests on the run within 30min by the thousands (!shudder!). By that night/next morning, there were as many dead in the grass. Will likely need another treatment (suspect *entire* foundation is infested), but they said they would come back out again if needed. just have to give it a couple/few weeks 1st. Hopefully this sticks. :-)
